365 Project - January 2018

Honestly I had no intention of continuing my 365 project into the new year. Actually, I was excited to stop, but here I am. Now I'm finding it hard to leave my camera behind when I'm going anywhere.

The winter is a hard time for me to find inspiration in my daily life. It's cold and I don't want to leave my house. At the same time I'm tired of being inside all the time and I need to just go ANYWHERE. My kids are going stir crazy but don't want to play in the snow for more than 10 minutes. We all know the vast amount of energy it takes to dress two children for sledding and how much of that snow gets brought back inside only minutes later. This time of year I'm always filled with excitement for warmer weather ahead and the dread that comes with seeing snow in the extended forecast.

Really, I'd just rather be napping.
